1. Overview
Bomba is a private prediction league app for friends. Players join private leagues, make match predictions, and earn virtual points that determine their standing on a leaderboard.

2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account information
You sign in to Bomba using Google Sign-In. When you do, we receive and store your email address and your name (used as your display name). From this we also generate an in-app username/handle and an avatar color for your profile. You can edit your display name within the app.
Game activity
We store the information you generate by playing, including:
- the predictions (picks) you submit on matches, and the date and time each was placed;
- your virtual point balances and other in-game balances;
- the private leagues you belong to, leagues you create, and your membership and join date;
- your leaderboard position and summary play statistics (for example, the number of predictions made, success rate, and streaks).
Device, usage & diagnostic data
Like most mobile apps, we (and the platforms and tools we use) may automatically collect technical information such as app version, device type and operating system, language and region settings, and diagnostic, crash, and performance data. This helps us keep the Service running reliably and improve it.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect or process payment-card numbers, bank-account details, or any other financial information.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- create and maintain your account and profile;
- operate the game — record your predictions, calculate virtual points, and maintain league standings and leaderboards;
- let you join, create, and participate in private leagues with your friends;
- show real upcoming matches and related sports information you predict on;
- provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- monitor for, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, cheating, security incidents, and technical problems;
- analyze usage to understand and improve the Service;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Within your private leagues. Your display name, avatar, predictions activity, virtual points, and leaderboard ranking are visible to other members of the leagues you join. That is how friend-league play works.
- Service providers. We use trusted third parties to host and operate the Service — for example, cloud infrastructure and database hosting, authentication (Google Sign-In), a third-party sports-data provider used to build the matches you predict on, app-distribution platforms (the Apple App Store and Google Play), and analytics, crash-reporting, and diagnostic tools. These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bomba, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and game information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account (see Deleting your account), we delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce our agreements. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer be associated with you.
6. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. Sign-in tokens are stored securely on your device using the operating system's secure storage, and access to our systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International data transfers
We and our service providers may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you live. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from your own. 10. Deleting your account

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the app. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
